Job summary

Claritev Corporation is seeking an experienced Executive IT Support Specialist to provide high-touch, white-glove technology support to C-level and senior leadership. You will manage office, home, and remote environments, ensuring secure, reliable solutions with discretion and outstanding service.

The role requires strong executive presence, hands-on experience with Windows and Apple devices, and collaboration with cross-functional IT teams. This onsite position is based at our McLean, VA office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT support experience, 3+ years direct executive support.
• Proven ability to deliver white-glove, executive-level IT support.
• Experience with Windows and Apple devices, conferencing tech, and peripherals.
• Experience supporting executive home offices, networking, and endpoint devices.
• Familiarity with enterprise tools and security practices; HIPAA awareness is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver concierge-level, white glove IT support for C-level executives and senior leadership.
• Build trusted relationships with executives through professionalism, responsiveness, and discretion.
• Provide end-to-end technical support for executive offices, home offices, and remote environments.
• Anticipate needs and resolve issues quickly to minimize disruption.
• Manage and support executive technology infrastructure, including networks and devices.
• Support meetings, video conferencing, and special events to ensure seamless experiences.
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively under pressure.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement secure and reliable solutions.
• Create clear technical documentation and support procedures.
