Job summary

Transamerica is seeking an experienced Enterprise Technology specialist to provide direct on-site support for board meetings and executive events. You will prepare and troubleshoot Teams rooms, AV equipment, and video conferencing tools, while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless coverage.

The role requires strong communication, discretion, and collaboration with senior leaders, plus a track record in IT security, incident response, and process improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business management, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Five or more years delivering technology services or end-user support in a large corporate environment.
• Experience supporting senior executives, board members, or high-profile users.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, on-site technology support for board meetings, executive gatherings, town halls, and other critical events.
• Prepare, test, and troubleshoot Teams conference rooms, AV equipment, presentation tools, and video-conferencing platforms.
• Coordinate with executive support staff, internal technology teams, and external vendors to confirm requirements and coverage plans.
• Maintain a visible technology support presence during meetings and events, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Act as a liaison to executive leadership and support teams, building trusted relationships and ensuring frictionless service.
• Develop, maintain, and improve executive support processes, documentation, and escalation practices.
• Identify service trends and recommend improvements to technology, support delivery, and executive user experience.
• Follow information-security controls, regulatory requirements, and incident/change-management procedures.
