Job summary

Real is seeking a Senior Associate, IT Tech in Plainsboro, NJ to support AV and collaboration systems for business and executive meetings onsite. You will help configure, test, and operate Microsoft Teams, Crestron, and Poly setups to ensure flawless presentations.

You will handle meeting preparation, live event support, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and ServiceNow ticket management while coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring minimal downtime during critical sessions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AV systems and meeting technologies.
• Experience using ServiceNow for incident and request management.
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to support executive and high-profile meetings.
