Job summary

Bonterra's OneCause unit is seeking on-site event staff to support client events across multiple U.S. cities. This is a part-time, seasonal role, fully on-site and not remote.

You must be able to travel within a 125-mile radius of your home market and attend events lasting 10–12 hours. You will manage OneCause technology, train client staff, and ensure systems run smoothly. The position requires strong communication, in-person customer service, and comfort with web-based software and iOS/Android

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-person customer service experience.
• Experience with web-based software and basic setup/troubleshooting.
• Comfortable with iOS/Android devices and smartphones.

Responsibilities

• Support the successful execution of customer events through on-site management of OneCause technology.
• Manage OneCause staff including Assistant Event Managers and Onsite Support Staff.
• Setup and manage the OneCause technology including software, laptops, and iPads.
• Manage and resolve all client expectations related to OneCause.
• Provide on-site software training to clients, staff, volunteers, and guests.
• Review client data and adjust configurations to maximize event revenue.
• Work with clients to ensure software is fully utilized and follows best practices.
