Job summary

Bonterra is seeking a part-time events assistant to support on-site client events in various markets. You will handle OneCause software, hardware and staff coordination while delivering excellent customer service.

Travel within a 125-mile radius and flexible scheduling are required. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, with prior event or nonprofit fundraising experience a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-person customer service experience.
• Experience with web-based software and basic setup/troubleshooting.
• Comfortable using smartphone tech (iPhone/Android) and hardware like iPads/laptops.
• Excellent written, verbal and public speaking skills.
• Highly organized with ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated initiative.
• Experience in event, non-profit or fundraising settings.

Responsibilities

• Support on-site event execution and manage OneCause technology.
• Manage OneCause staff including Assistant Event Managers and Onsite Support Staff.
• Set up and manage OneCause software, laptops and iPads on-site.
• Resolve client expectations and provide on-site software training.
• Review client auction and guest data and adjust as needed.
• Advise client on maximizing event revenue using best practices.
