Job summary

Bonterra is seeking on-site event staff for a part-time, seasonal role supporting client events across major US markets. You will travel within a 125-mile radius of home market, assist with on-site management of OneCause technology, and help ensure smooth event execution.

Candidates should have 2+ years in-person customer service, comfort with web-based software and mobile devices, strong communication, and organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-person customer service experience.
• Experience with web-based software and basic troubleshooting.
• Comfortable using smartphone tech and hardware (iPhone/Android, iPads/laptops).
• Exceptional communication skills including written, interpersonal, and public speaking.
• Highly organized with the ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Event, non-profit, or fundraising experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the successful execution of customer events through on-site management of OneCause technology.
• Manage OneCause staff including Assistant Event Managers and Onsite Support Staff.
• Setup and manage the OneCause technology including OneCause proprietary software, laptops, and iPads.
• Manage and resolve all OneCause-related client expectations.
• Provide on-site software training to the client, client's staff, volunteers, and guests.
• Review all client auction and guest data and make appropriate changes where necessary.
• Work with client to ensure software is fully utilized to maximize event revenue by providing recommendations that follow best practices.
• Able to comfortably navigate and troubleshoot our software.
