Job summary

Bonterra is seeking a part-time, seasonal On-site Events Support role to assist client events powered by OneCause technology. Travel within a 125-mile radius of home market is required for on-site event coverage.

You will support event execution, manage staff, and train client teams on OneCause software across diverse venues. This role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and fundraising experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-person customer service experience.
• Experience with web-based software and basic setup/troubleshooting.
• Comfortable using iPhone/Android devices and mobile hardware.
• Exceptional communication skills, including written and public speaking.
• Highly organized with the ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Event, non-profit, or fundraising experience.
• At this time, sponsorship is not available for employment.

Responsibilities

• Support the successful execution of customer events through on-site management of OneCause technology.
• Manage OneCause staff including Assistant Event Managers and Onsite Support Staff.
• Setup and manage the OneCause technology including OneCause software, laptops, and iPads.
• Manage and resolve all OneCause-related client expectations.
• Provide on-site software training to the client, staff, volunteers, and guests.
• Review client auction and guest data and make appropriate changes where necessary.
• Work with client to ensure software is fully utilized to maximize event revenue by providing recommendations that follow best practices.
• Able to comfortably navigate and troubleshoot our software.
