Responsibilities

• Support on-site management of OneCause technology at events.
• Collaborate with Event Managers, Onsite Support, and Support Staff.
• Manage OneCause hardware and software on-site.
• Assist Event Manager with client expectations and deliverables.
• Troubleshoot software in real time during events.
• Review client auction and guest data and implement changes as needed.
• Advise clients on maximizing event revenue using best practices.
