Job summary

Bonterra's OneCause division seeks an on-site event staff member to support client events using OneCause technology. This part-time, seasonal role requires travel within a 125-mile radius of the home market and on-site presence for 10–12 hour events.

You will collaborate with Onsite staff and Event Managers, set up laptops, iPads, and the OneCause software, train clients, review data, and provide revenue-maximizing recommendations while maintaining exceptional communication and organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-person customer service experience.
• Experience with web-based software and basic setup/troubleshooting.
• Comfort with iPhone/Android devices (iPads, laptops, smartphones).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized.
• Sponsorship for employment not available.

Responsibilities

• Support the successful execution of customer events through on-site management of OneCause tech.
• Manage OneCause staff including Assistant Event Managers and Onsite Support Staff.
• Set up and manage the OneCause technology including OneCause software, laptops, and iPads.
• Manage and resolve all OneCause-related client expectations.
• Provide on-site software training to the client, client staff, volunteers, and guests.
• Review client auction/guest data and make changes where necessary.
• Work with client to maximize event revenue following best practices.
• Navigate and troubleshoot our software.
