Job summary

Bonterra is seeking a part-time, seasonal Onsite Event Support specialist to travel to a range of client events and manage OneCause technology on-site. This role is not remote and requires proximity to designated markets for consideration.

The position focuses on hands-on event support, staff coordination, and client training, with a strong emphasis on customer service experience and tech fluency across iPads and laptops.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-person customer service experience.
• Experience with web-based software and basic troubleshooting.
• Comfortable with iPhone/Android devices and related hardware.

Responsibilities

• Support the successful execution of customer events through on-site management of OneCause technology.
• Manage OneCause staff including Assistant Event Managers and Onsite Support Staff.
• Setup and manage the OneCause technology including OneCause software, laptops, and iPads.
• Provide on-site software training to clients, staff, volunteers, and guests.
• Review client data and optimize event revenue following best practices.
