Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hospitality or related field.
• 2–4 years in event/meeting management or related fields.
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication with professional presentation.
• Proficiency in G Suite and Microsoft Office tools.
• Thrives in a fast-changing, agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact for assigned meetings, handling logistics from planning through execution.
• Coordinate and guide clients through the event planning process with timely communication.
• Manage a large volume of meetings with quality and attention to detail.
• Communicate meeting logistics and tasks using internal systems and processes.
• Coordinate site inspections to support successful event delivery.
• Collaborate with Catering, Facilities, Technology & AV, Executive Production, Security, Transportation, Janitorial, and third-party suppliers.
• Maintain proactive, positive communication to ensure clarity of expectations and satisfaction.
