Job summary

Pinnacle Live is seeking an Event Services Concierge in Florida to be the primary on-site liaison for event planners, attendees, and hotel partners. You’ll ensure equipment and room setups work smoothly, troubleshoot basic AV issues, and coordinate closely with sales and technical teams to deliver a seamless experience across events.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, communication, and organization, with extended hours and some weekend work as events demand.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years’ experience with audiovisual and/or hospitality industry preferred.
• One year prior customer service experience, preferably in hospitality.
• General computer proficiency and willingness to learn new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Check meeting rooms prior to events to ensure equipment and networking information is set as needed.
• Greet clients before events and ensure satisfaction with Pinnacle Live equipment and networking needs.
• Maintain accurate client event information within the company systems.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers to document on-site additions and changes.
• Review daily invoices with clients and obtain signatures.
• Provide continued communication with clients throughout the event duration.
• Provide basic troubleshooting of networking and AV equipment and engage technical staff when necessary.
• Maintain regular communication with technical staff regarding client needs.
• Assist in set and striking of AV equipment when time permits.
• Report any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment to management.
