Job summary

Pinnacle Live is seeking an Event Services Concierge in The Woodlands, TX. You will be the primary customer service representative for event planners, attendees, and hotel partners, ensuring equipment and room setups function as expected and troubleshooting issues proactively.

Responsibilities include pre-event checks, client greeting, documenting changes, invoicing review, and coordinating with technical staff. Requires 1–2 years in AV/hospitality and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of AV and/or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality.
• General computer proficiency and willingness to learn new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Check meeting rooms prior to events to ensure equipment and networking information is set as needed.
• Greet clients before event begin and ensure client satisfaction with all Pinnacle Live equipment and networking needs.
• Maintain accurate client event information within the Company’s systems.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers to ensure on-site additions and changes are documented.
• Review daily invoices with client and obtain signature.
• Provide ongoing communication with client throughout the event.
• Provide basic troubleshooting of networking and AV equipment and engage technical staff when necessary.
