Job summary

Pinnacle Live is seeking an Event Services Technician to support floor operations, setup, strike, and operation of technology solutions in hotels and resorts across North America. The role focuses on delivering unmatched customer service to guests and clients, while maintaining equipment and inventory with care.

You will greet guests, coordinate with clients, and ensure all events run smoothly by following SOPs and collaborating with a strong team in a hospitality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior exposure to audio visual and/or hospitality industry.
• Basic computer proficiency with hardware, software and networking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with floor operations, setup, strike, and operation of AV and related tech.
• Greet guests/clients and provide instructions on equipment operation.
• Maintain clear communication with clients to ensure event success.
• Ensure inventory and equipment are secure and in good working order.
• Continuously develop technical skills in audio, video, data, staging and networking.
