Job summary

Pinnacle Live is seeking an Event Services Technician to support floor operations and the setup, strike, and operation of AV solutions in a hotel/hospitality setting. You will deliver unmatched guest service with a focus on smooth events; business hours vary and some evenings/weekends are required; travel is minimal.

You should have a high school diploma and AV/hospitality exposure; strong technical and communication skills; be a reliable team player who keeps equipment secure and inventory

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Prior exposure to audio-visual and/or hospitality industry.
• Computer proficiency (hardware, software, and networking).

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate event tech per SOPs and directions.
• Greet guests/clients and explain equipment use.
• Maintain clear communication with clients for event success.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and secure equipment.
• Assist with setup, strike, and on-site operations.
