Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Prior exposure to AV or hospitality industry.
• Computer proficiency in hardware, software, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all event sets and strikes are completed according to Company SOPs.
• Greet guests/clients before event and provide clear instructions on equipment operation.
• Provide continued communication with the client to ensure event success.
• Follow through on all client requests.
• Maintain accurate client event information within the Company’s business systems.
• Ensure inventory is secure and in good working order.
