Job summary

Pinnacle Live is seeking an Event Services Concierge to serve as the primary contact for event planners, attendees, and hotel partners. You will verify room setups, greet clients, and coordinate equipment and services before, during, and after events.

You will troubleshoot basic AV/networking issues, document changes, and maintain client information in internal systems. A hospitality mindset and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• 1–2 years’ experience with audiovisual and/or hospitality industry preferred.
• 1 year prior customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality environment.
• General computer proficiency and willingness to learn new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Check meeting rooms prior to events to ensure equipment and networking information is set as needed.
• Greet clients before event begin and ensure client satisfaction with all Pinnacle Live equipment and networking needs.
• Maintain accurate client event information within the Company’s business systems.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers to ensure all on-site additions and changes are properly documented.
• Review daily invoices with client and obtain client’s signature on invoice(s).
• Provide continued communication with client throughout the duration of their event.
• Provide basic troubleshooting of networking and AV equipment and engage technical staff when necessary.
• Maintain regular communication with technical staff regarding client needs.
• Assist technical staff in the set and striking of AV equipment when time permits.
• Ensure any lost/stolen/damaged equipment is reported to management.
• Ensure company areas are clean, organized, and up to standards.
• Continually enhance technical skills in audio, video/data, staging and networking.
