Pinnacle Live is seeking an Event Services Technician to support floor operations, including setup, strike, and operation of AV solutions in a hotel/hospitality setting. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional guest and client service with a focus on reliability and safety.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma, some AV/hospitality exposure, and solid computer skills. You will work on site, supporting events across premier venues, while adhering to SOPs and inventory controls.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Prior exposure to audio visual and/or hospitality industry.
• Computer proficiency (hardware, software and networking).

Responsibilities

• Ensure all event sets and strikes are completed according to Company SOPs.
• Greet guests/clients and provide instructions on operating equipment.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure event success.
• Report lost, stolen, or damaged equipment immediately.
• Continually improve technical skills in audio, video, staging and networking.
