Job summary

Pinnacle Live is seeking an Event Services Concierge to be the primary point of contact for event planners, attendees, and hotel partners. This role ensures equipment and room setups function correctly and proactively troubleshoots issues before, during, and after events.

You will greet clients, maintain event information in our systems, coordinate with Sales for on-site changes, and provide basic AV troubleshooting in collaboration with technical staff.

• Customer service experience in hospitality or events.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to plan and prioritize tasks.
• Comfort with basic computer hardware/software.
• Professional appearance and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Check meeting rooms prior to events to ensure equipment and networking information is set as needed.
• Greet clients before event begins and ensure client satisfaction with Pinnacle Live equipment and networking needs.
• Maintain accurate client event information within the Company’s systems.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers to ensure on-site additions/changes are documented.
• Review daily invoices with client and obtain signatures.
• Provide ongoing communication with client throughout the event duration.
• Provide basic troubleshooting of networking and AV equipment; engage technical staff as needed.
• Assist technical staff in set and striking of AV equipment when time permits.
