Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure all event sets and strikes are completed according to SOPs.
• Greet guests/clients and provide clear instructions on operating equipment.
• Maintain clear and continuous communication with client for event success.
• Follow through on client requests and enhance the event where possible.
• Keep inventory and client event information accurate in company systems.
• Review invoices with client and obtain signatures.
• Adhere to company security and safety measures and protect inventory.
