Job summary

Pinnacle Live is seeking an Event Services Concierge to serve as the primary customer service representative for event planners, attendees, and hotel partners. You will ensure AV and networking setups are ready, troubleshoot issues, and maintain clear communication throughout the event lifecycle.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, coordination with sales, and hands-on support for on-site event tech in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 1–2 years' experience with audio visual and/or hospitality industry preferred.
• 1 year prior customer service experience, preferably in hospitality.
• General computer proficiency and willingness to learn new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Check meeting rooms prior to events to ensure equipment and networking information is set as needed.
• Greet clients before event begin and ensure client satisfaction with all Pinnacle Live equipment and all networking needs.
• Maintain accurate client event information within the Company's business systems.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers to ensure all on-site additions and changes are properly documented.
• Review daily invoices with client and obtain client's signature on invoice(s).
• Provide continued communication with client throughout the duration of their event.
• Provide basic troubleshooting of networking and AV equipment and engage technical staff when necessary.
• Maintain regular communication with technical staff regarding client needs.
• Assist technical staff in the set and striking of AV equipment when time permits and as necessary.
• Ensure any lost/stolen/damaged equipment is reported to management.
• Keep company areas clean, organized, and up to company standards.
• Continue to enhance and improve technical skills in audio, video/data, staging, and networking.
