Job summary

TALENT Software Services in Overland Park, KS seeks a hands-on Recruiter to own sourcing and full-cycle recruitment on-site. This role requires you to reside within 50 miles and be in the office 5 days per week.

You will source via social media, job boards, and networks; build a robust candidate pipeline; and craft engaging job descriptions while coordinating with HR and hiring managers to drive offers and compensation discussions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in engineering or technical fields
• Strong professional communication skills
• Extensive candidate sourcing experience
• Role is full-time in office

Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates using social media, job boards, and professional networks
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for future openings
• Facilitate all stages of the candidate lifecycle from job creation through offer
• Create, post, and maintain quality job descriptions and postings
• Monitor KPIs to ensure recruitment goals are met and identify improvements
• Use ATS, CRM, PowerBi, and SharePoint to manage recruitment workflow
• Partner with business leaders, HR, and hiring managers to negotiate offers and compensation
• Ensure compliant, positive candidate experience throughout the process
