Job summary

ManpowerGroup is hiring a Recruiter to drive the full cycle of recruitment, connecting candidate skills with client needs and delivering exceptional service to candidates, associates, and clients.

You will source, screen, and schedule interviews, collaborate with hiring managers, attend local events, and maintain accurate ATS records. Travel to high-volume client sites is expected weekly.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using job postings, social media, networking events, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
• Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates meeting qualifications.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation and post-interview feedback.
• Engage with community partners and attend local networking events to broaden brand exposure.
• Weekly client visits and onsite check-ins for high-volume clients.
• Host job fairs/recruitment events in the market.
• Maintain data in the applicant tracking system.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and digital solutions to improve efficiency and decision-making.
