Qualifications

• 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales is required.
• Knowledge of local market dynamics and labor trends is preferred.
• Experience with ATS platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for open roles.
• Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS and collaborate with hiring managers.
