Job summary

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining accurate ATS records while staying aligned with market trends and compliance. Weekly client visits and on-site check-ins are expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using job postings, social media, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
• Review resumes and apps to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess fit and skills.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide guidance to candidates through the recruitment process, including interview prep.
