Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field required.
• 4 years sourcing or recruiting experience required.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and internet-based sourcing tools.
• Ability to build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws; follow policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies to identify top talent for current and future needs.
• Conduct initial screening to assess interest, qualifications, geographic preference and salary expectations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and business goals.
• Recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Sell client culture and benefits to engage top talent.
• Ensure compliance with all established policies and confidentiality of information.
• Perform other duties as assigned and maintain candidate pipeline.
