IGS Energy in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Direct Sales Associate to represent Just Energy at a major retail partner location. You will apply a consultative approach to recommend natural gas, electricity and energy options, while acquiring new customers and delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in sales, customer retention, or account management
• Flexibility to work second shift hours, including evenings, holidays and weekends
• Reliable transportation to and from job and training site(s)

Responsibilities

• Represent Just Energy or IGS Energy to acquire and retain customers by providing an exceptional customer experience at retail stores.
• Utilize a consultative selling approach to discover each customer's needs and recommend energy products.
• Achieve all sales objectives and follow departmental goals, policies, and procedures.
• Build confidence and maintain interest through listening and negotiation.
• Develop relationships with other sales representatives, store managers and staff.
• Learn current product programs and clearly communicate to help customers make informed decisions.
