Responsibilities

• Represent Just Energy or IGS Energy to acquire and retain customers at retail stores.
• Use a consultative selling approach to identify customer needs and recommend energy products.
• Consistently achieve sales objectives and follow department goals and procedures.
• Build confidence and maintain interest using listening and negotiation skills when facing objections.
• Develop relationships with store managers, employees, and other sales reps.
• Learn and demonstrate full understanding of product programs; communicate clearly to help customers decide.
