IGS Energy, a family‑owned energy provider, is hiring a Direct Sales Associate to work on-site within a major national retail partner location in the United States. You will advise customers on natural gas, electricity and alternative energy, applying a consultative selling approach to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior sales experience preferred.
• Proven sales, retention, and closing abilities with customers.
• Ability to manage time and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and retain customers at retail locations with a consultative approach.
• Recommend natural gas, electricity and energy options based on customer needs.
• Meet or exceed sales objectives and follow departmental policies.
• Build relationships with store managers and staff to drive sales.
• Learn current product programs and clearly communicate options to customers.
