Job summary

IGS Energy, a family-owned energy provider, is hiring a Direct Sales Associate to represent Just Energy at a major national retail partner in Zanesville, OH. You will engage customers at retail locations, use a consultative sales approach, and help them compare natural gas, electricity and energy options.

This full-time role offers a competitive base salary and uncapped commissions. You’ll receive comprehensive benefits, ongoing training, and clear paths for advancement, with a flexible schedule

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in sales, customer retention, or account management.
• Flexibility to work second shift hours, including evenings, holidays and weekends as needed.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from job and training site(s).

Responsibilities

• Represent Just Energy or IGS Energy to acquire and retain customers at retail stores.
• Utilize a consultative selling approach to discover each customer’s needs and recommend energy products.
• Demonstrate a tenacious drive for results by achieving sales objectives and following policies.
• Build relationships with store managers and staff to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Proactively learn current product programs and communicate clearly to help customers make informed decisions.
