Qualifications

• Experience in handling employee communications and HR processes.
• Experience with offboarding communications.

Responsibilities

• Communicate separation decisions to hourly employees as directed by HR leadership.
• Conduct separation conversations in a professional, respectful, and empathetic manner.
• Provide employees with general next-step information regarding final pay, company property return, and offboarding procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to separation communications.
