Job summary

Atoms is seeking a detail-oriented HR Generalist to serve as the administrative and operational backbone for our HR teams in Los Angeles. With 2–4 years of experience, you will handle daily HR operations, ticketing, and hourly escalations, helping move the team from reactive to proactive.

You’ll partner with the Director of HR on policy guidance, support wage equity analyses, and collaborate with Payroll while advancing reporting, analytics, and strategic workforce planning to drive better

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of HR experience.
• Strong administrative and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage complex employee relations and professional conflict resolution.
• Experience with HRIS, ticketing systems, and payroll software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for daily hourly employee escalations, resolving issues professionally.
• Manage the daily HR ticketing queue, ensuring all SLAs are met.
• Collaborate with Payroll to conduct regular hourly timekeeping audits.
• Support strategic workforce planning and talent development initiatives with business leaders.
