Otis Elevator Company in Las Vegas is seeking a Manager, Territory Management to lead on-site elevator service operations and customer account management. You will supervise field teams, manage maintenance and projects, and serve as the customer’s primary on-site contact for service needs and escalations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in elevator service, maintenance, or related operations.
• Experience in account management or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong leadership of field teams and collaboration with technicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day elevator service operations with safety, quality and customer satisfaction in focus.
• Develop and coach field employees, providing leadership and operational support.
• Serve as primary on-site contact for service needs, priorities, projects and escalations.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, modernization and upgrades, contracts, billing and invoicing.
• Coordinate field activities and resolve operational issues to ensure reliable service.
