Otis Elevator Company is seeking a New Equipment Project Manager in Las Vegas to oversee multiple new equipment installation projects. You will ensure on-time delivery, cost control, safety compliance, and high customer satisfaction across complex construction sites.

Lead contract administration and coordination with sales, field operations, and stakeholders; provide status updates to leadership and ensure adherence to project scope and design documents.

Qualifications

• 3+ years related elevator project management and/or construction experience.
• Experience in elevator/escalator industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with cost estimating, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Ability to read and review architectural and structural drawings.
• Team-oriented and adaptable in dynamic settings.

Responsabilités

• Ensure flawless execution of each project on schedule and within budget, meeting safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver first-in-class customer service and adhere to Otis Absolutes.
• Coordinate all contract activities from award to handover and financial close.
• Collaborate with sales and field operations to meet contract scope and installation requirements.
• Provide regular progress updates to branch, regional and senior leadership.
• Communicate with general contractors, owners, building managers, architects and authorities on project design and scheduling.
