Job summary

UnionMain Homes is seeking a New Home Sales Counselor for an on-site role in Royse City, TX. You will guide prospective buyers through the homebuying process, greet visitors, conduct model home tours, and present community features and floor plans.

You will manage lead follow-up, schedule appointments, and record customer interactions in the CRM. Coordination with builders and lenders, plus events, rounds out the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills with ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Experience in New Home Sales and Sales, preferably in builder or onsite community sales environment.
• Background in Residential Real Estate with knowledge of local housing markets and the new construction process.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Goal-oriented with proven success meeting or exceeding sales targets and working with leads and CRM tools.
• Ability to work on-site during regular sales center hours, including weekends as needed, and maintain a professional appearance.
• High school diploma or equivalent; real estate license or prior homebuilder experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with email, office software, and digital tools used for contracts, pricing, and customer communications.

Responsibilities
