Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales and closing goals.
• Meet and build rapport with prospective buyers and determine home needs.
• Convert community traffic to sales to meet company goals.
• Follow up promptly with all potential buyers.
• Present lender options and pursue lender capture rate goals.
• Maintain knowledge of sub-market competition.
• Assist buyers through design, loan, construction and closing processes; coordinate appointments.
• Explain home features, options pricing and design center selections to customers.
• Utilize all UMH sales technology and software.
• Place and monitor on-site signage as needed.
