Job summary

CompucomStaffing is seeking a Level 2 Desktop Technician to join our client onsite in Woburn, MA. You will be the primary local resource supporting end users, desktop systems, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and site infrastructure initiatives.

Responsibilities include deskside support for Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, asset lifecycle management, patching, and security compliance. Collaboration with IT and operations teams is essential in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in desktop, deskside, field, or end-user support.
Strong working knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11.
Experience supporting Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications.
Proficiency with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
Understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals and basic troubleshooting.
Experience supporting printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite deskside support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Troubleshoot Windows OS, applications, and peripherals.
Deliver Microsoft 365 support.
Assist end users with account setup and day-to-day IT needs.
Provide VIP and executive-level support as required.
Image, configure, deploy, and replace devices.
Maintain asset inventory records and lifecycle processes.
Support site technology and conference rooms.
