CompucomStaffing is seeking a Level 2 Desktop Technician to join our client onsite in Allenton, WI. You will provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and site infrastructure, with a focus on Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.

This is a part-time role (three days per week) with duties including imaging devices, asset lifecycle activities, and on-site smart hands support for manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of end-user desktop support experience.
• Proficient with Windows 10/11 troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps and services.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite deskside support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot OS, app, and peripheral issues and document in ServiceNow.
• Deliver Microsoft 365 and productivity application support.
• Assist with device setup, imaging, and lifecycle management.
• Support end users, VIPs, and site personnel with technical needs.
