Job summary

CompucomStaffing client seeks a Level 2 Desktop Technician to join on-site in Sumter, SC and provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and site infrastructure.

You will be the primary local technical resource, delivering deskside support, troubleshooting Windows 10/11, and providing Microsoft 365 assistance. VIP support may be required, with an emphasis on strong customer service and multitasking in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of desktop/end-user support experience.
• Strong Windows 10/11 knowledge and Office 365 proficiency.
• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP networking and printers/scanners.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite deskside end-user support for hardware, software, and connectivity.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, applications, and peripherals; support Microsoft 365.
• Assist with account access, device setup, and day-to-day tech needs.
• Provide VIP/executive-level support as required.
• Image, deploy, and manage desktops, laptops, and mobile devices; asset tracking.
