Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience providing desktop, deskside, field, or end-user support.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications.
• Proficiency with IT service management and ticketing platforms (ServiceNow).
• Understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals and basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite deskside support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot Windows operating system, application, and peripheral device issues.
• Deliver Microsoft 365 and business productivity application support.
• Assist end users with account access, device setup, and day-to-day technical support needs.
• Provide VIP and executive‑level technical support as required.
