CompucomStaffing is seeking a Level 2 Desktop Technician for an onsite role in Woodridge, IL. You will serve as the primary local resource, supporting end users, desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, and site infrastructure.

Responsibilities include on-site deskside support, Windows 10/11, MS 365, asset lifecycle, imaging, deployments, and ServiceNow incident management. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of desktop support, strong customer service, and the ability to work in a

• 3+ years of desktop, deskside, or end-user support experience.
• Strong Windows 10/11 knowledge and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Proficient in ITSM ticketing platforms.
• Solid TCP/IP networking fundamentals.
• Experience with printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide onsite deskside support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, applications, and peripherals.
• Deliver MS 365 and productivity app support.
• Image, deploy, and refresh desktops and mobile devices.
• Maintain asset inventory and lifecycle records.
• Support printers, scanners, and OT devices.
• Manage incidents and SLAs using ServiceNow.
• Coordinate with remote teams during maintenance and projects.
