Job summary

CompucomStaffing is seeking a Desktop Technician to join the client team onsite in Phoenix, AZ. The role serves as the primary local resource for end users, desktops, mobile devices, and site infrastructure initiatives.

Responsibilities include end-user support, device deployment, and infrastructure-related tasks. Qualifications include 3+ years in desktop support, Windows expertise, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 and ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in desktop, deskside, field, or end-user support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Proficiency with IT service management and ticketing platforms (ITSM/ServiceNow).
• Understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals and basic troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite deskside support for desktops, laptops, workstations, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows OS, application, and peripheral issues.
• Deliver Microsoft 365 and business productivity support.
• Assist end users with account access, device setup, and day-to-day tech support.
• Provide VIP/executive-level support as required.
• Image, configure, deploy, and replace desktops and devices.
• Maintain asset inventory and lifecycle documentation.
