Job summary

SunSoft Online LLC is seeking a Desktop Support Technician for a long-term, 100% onsite contract in Phoenix, Arizona. You will provide end-user support in a professional enterprise environment, handling hardware and software issues and helping with deployments.

The role requires experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and strong customer service skills. On-site work and in-person interviews in Phoenix are required for the duration of the contract through July 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience providing desktop or end-user support in enterprise environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and ticketing systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop and end-user technical support.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop and laptop computers.
• Diagnose hardware and software issues and resolve them.
• Support Windows OS and Microsoft Office/M365 applications.
• Configure peripherals and mobile devices.
• Document resolutions and respond to support requests.
• Assist with workstation deployments, upgrades, and replacements.
