This role focuses on troubleshooting and repairing client devices while providing excellent customer service. This position involves both in-office tasks and potential travel to support clients.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Complete all administrative tasks associated with each call.
• Ensure control of assets and inventory through prompt turnaround of parts.

Skills

Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients

Ability to drive to client locations

Ability to drive long distances

Ability to lift and/or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs

Own a basic repair tool kit

Education

Technical school certification or equivalent
