Job summary

The Finders is seeking an On-site, contract Desktop Support Technician in Northwest Phoenix to deliver hardware and software support to a large user base across multiple locations. You will handle in-person, email, and phone support daily, participate in large refresh projects, imaging, and asset management. Candidates should have a CompTIA A Certification, 4+ years of enterprise IT support experience, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

US citizenship or GC required. Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm on-site.

Qualifications

• CompTIA A Certification
• Other certifications a plus — Network , Security , etc.
• Must have at least 4 years of professional, hands-on, enterprise IT support experience and have experience supporting up to 1000 users
• Must be able to work in-office Monday — Friday 8am-5pm
• Must be able to work independently, have great communication skills, and able to lift 50lbs.
• Must be US Citizen or Green Card holder to be considered
