TEKsystems is seeking an onsite Tier 2 support technician for Waterloo, IA. The role involves performing deskside support and handling imaging, asset management, and issue resolution for end users in the Waterloo area.

Qualifications

• Onsite Tier 2 support required for Waterloo, IA location.
• Imaging computers and resolving end-user tickets via ServiceNow queues.

Responsibilities

• Performs/monitors standard processes that are stable; examples include imaging, toner replacement, asset disposal, and ticket resolution.
• Documents information with external contacts; updates assets and follows KB articles for problem resolution.
• Maintains equipment, supplies, data supporting processes; schedules maintenance and monitors inventory.
• Recognizes and reports problems outside established procedures; uses documented solutions to resolve issues.
