Job summary

OSTechnical is seeking a Desktop Support Technician for a hands-on contract role onsite. You will image and deploy computers, configure workstations, and provide AV support, while assisting with inventory and general IT operations.

The ideal candidate has strong Mac/PC experience, plus exposure to Azure and Microsoft 365 admin tasks. A bachelor’s degree is a big plus and a customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering desktop support and troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Exchange Online preferred.
• Azure provisioning or user management exposure is a plus.
• AV setup/support experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Image and deploy computers.
• Set up and configure user workstations.
• Provide Audio/Visual (AV) support.
• Ship, receive, and inventory computer equipment.
• Move and install IT equipment as needed.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and end-user issues.
