Job summary

Avnet is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician to deliver onsite and remote support for end users at our Phoenix, AZ site. You will install and configure software on supported operating systems, maintain hardware peripherals, and collaborate with other teams to restore service efficiently.

This role requires strong ticketing skills and hands-on problem solving. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in desktop support, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and familiarity with Azure, SCCM,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of desktop support experience required.
• Familiar with Azure, SCCM and ServiceNow ticketing.

Responsibilities

• Provides onsite and remote desktop support for end users.
• Installs and configures software on supported OS.
• Maintains site documentation and configurations.
• Escalates issues as appropriate to resolve problems.
• Interface with third-party vendors for hardware/software issues.
