Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT, related technical certification, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of PC hardware and software support experience.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing desktop and laptop hardware.
• Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, relocate, and support PC hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Complete equipment refreshes, upgrades, and lease return activities.
• Respond to and resolve service tickets in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot workstation, hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Maintain accurate hardware and software inventory records.
• Assist end users with technology solutions and support needs.
• Support IT projects and special initiatives as assigned.
