Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to assist employees with hardware, software, and device issues. The role involves on-site support, training, and documentation, ensuring timely problem resolution and professional office etiquette.

The candidate should have an associate degree in a technical field or comparable experience, strong MAC and Windows knowledge, and familiarity with Office 365. Certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in technical field or 1 year related experience.
• Strong knowledge of both MAC and Windows desktop environments.
• Office 365 experience is a plus.
• CompTIA, Microsoft or other technical certifications preferred.
• MAC OS troubleshooting expertise.

Responsibilities

• Support users with hardware and software issues in person, by phone, or via enterprise ticketing system.
• Set up user accounts and reset passwords; basic PC/mobile device configuration.
• Document, track, and monitor problems for timely resolution.
• Provide hands-on or virtual training and create troubleshooting guides.
• Assist Tier 2 teams on projects and learn new skills.
